These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Notch mobile app ("Notch", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Notch, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Notch.
Notch provides daily educational digests and quizzes designed to help you learn. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.

The app, its design, digests, and quizzes are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use Notch. If you send us feedback, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to improve the service.
Notch's content is for general learning and is provided for informational purposes only. It is not professional advice, and we do not guarantee that it is accurate, complete, or current.
Notch is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Notch and delete your account at any time from Profile → Account → Delete account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above, and your continued use of Notch means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
